Job Requirements :
- Coordinate the development of advertising and marketing communication materials to effectively represent AIA products, services and brands.
- Apply various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness and encourage a preference and response by the target audience.
- Develop and implement AIA's internal communication strategy so that that all employees can find and understand relevant information.
- Implement policies and programmes to increase employee awareness and knowledge of activities affecting employees.
- Develop and coordinate lines of communication within AIA.
- Develop and coordinate multimedia packages
