Join AIA Digital+ to manage IT purchase and billing processes, ensuring efficient budget use and vendor collaboration.

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Manage Group IT/HK purchase and billing processes.
• Monitor IT spending against budget for each function.
• Provide clarity on PR/PO raised and goods received for billing.
• Raise PR/POs for AIA Shared Services Hong Kong/ITM IT spending.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for complete information and timely invoicing.
• Perform invoice reconciliation and manage communication with BU for direct billing.
• Ensure timely goods receipt in Ariba for completed services/work.
• Ensure PR/PO raised aligns with the approved budget.
• Perform year-end accruals for completed services/goods.
• Provide PR/PO reporting as needed.

About you

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Experience in managing IT purchase and billing processes.
• Strong skills in budget monitoring and vendor collaboration.
• Proficiency in using Ariba or similar systems for goods receipt.
• Ability to perform invoice reconciliation and manage effective communication.
