Your role

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either a full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company, and the industry. It includes supporting finance operations related scope inclusive of Ariba contract, Purchase Order, Invoicing and Payment, contract novation project activities, inclusive of supplier onboarding.

Responsibilities would typically vary in light of the area that the intern supports, which covers the following:

• Support the contract upload process to Ariba from the risk management system
• Support Purchase Order issuance Support Invoice review & manual upload
• Follow through with payment process and invoice reconciliation (i.e. goods received, invoice submission) Support contract novation project, as & when required
