Your role

In this role, you will do the tasks below:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating duty travel arrangements.
  • Help with booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Maintain travel records and ensure all travel policies are followed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Duty Travel team.
  • Review and audit expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to resolve expense-related issues.
