As a PMO Intern, you'll champion

  • Assisting Project Managers in managing project scope, schedule, risks, issues, budget, communication, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management for a range of IT projects.
  • Maintaining quality standards and consistency in project methodology, providing constructive feedback for product and process improvements.
  • Leading cross-functional project teams, ensuring all deliverables and milestones are met effectively.
  • Setting clear resource expectations and project success criteria with stakeholders, ensuring timely sign-off on key deliverables.
  • Providing robust project governance, including scope control, risk and issue management, change control, and escalation management.
  • Facilitating project cadence calls with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Supporting client relationship management and facilitating smooth project transfer to internal teams.

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree at a recognized university (last semester graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Have a background or qualifications in IT.
  • Have some experience with MS Project (preferred).
  • Willing and able to work in Sepang (next to KLIA2) and travel as needed to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Committed to working long hours when project demands require, especially under tight deadlines.
