Your role

As a Sales Executive, you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Managed and execute long-term strategic business relationships between customers and RedBox Logistics.
  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts with customers and monitor service level agreements with performance indicators.
  • Ensure continuous regular reviews and checking on service level performance to sustain customer satisfaction and ensure contract continuity.
  • Manage communications between customers and internal teams.
  • Work closely with the Operations team on customer complaint resolutions for operational-related issues.
  • Assist to monitor and ensure billing is done timely and accurately and invoices are submitted timely.
  • Prepared reports on account progress and ensure all reports are being submitted in a timely manner with accurate data analysis and recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
  • Fulfill customers’ needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Analyse and check clients’ data to provide customer relationship management.
