About Internship
With us, you will gain industry insights and exposure in multiple departments. You will have the opportunity to improve your communication skills, self-discipline, and time management skills. At Alliance Bank, you can opt for an ad-hoc internship application or be part of our annual Structured Internship Programme.
Ad-Hoc Internship
- Our Ad-hoc internship is for students who would like to intern during their semester break or if required by their college/university.
- In this program, students will be exposed to actual work scenarios from work shadowing and on-the-job training.
Structured Internship Program (SIP)
- Our 10-week structured internship program offers interns hands-on working experience and valuable exposure to real working environments.
- Our intake period is between July to September.
- The internship program serves as a solid platform in reaching out to students and graduates with calibre and interest to pursue careers in the financial services industry.
- We also leverage this platform to identify potential talents among final year students for our Alliance Bank Management Trainee (ABMT) program.
