Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for digital application enhancements, document issues, and collaborate on solutions.
- Assist in creating documentation, communication materials, and user guides for digital applications.
- Support the preparation of reports to inform digital strategies.
- Provide first-level support for inquiries related to digital applications.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- Enrollment in a diploma/degree program in Business Management, IT/Computer Science, or a related field.
- A strong eagerness to learn and contribute to digital projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- A tech-savvy, adaptable nature, ready to tackle new challenges.
- Availability for a minimum internship duration of 3 months.
