Support back office operations and enhance customer care at Allianz, a leading global insurance company.
Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Assist in handling dispatch, including incoming and outgoing mails.
- Assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial customer requests.
- Assist in processing non-financial endorsements.
- Assist in scanned documents and disposal exercises.
- Undertake additional duties as requested by management.
About you
Candidates should possess or be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial, Commerce, or related fields.
- Willingness to work in ALIM Klang Branch.
- Minimum 3-month internship period, preferably starting January 2025.
- Fast learner, proactive, and able to multitask.
