Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Assist in handling dispatch, including managing incoming and outgoing mails, updating policy contracts, and medical cards.
• Support signature verification for financial and non-financial service requests.
• Aid in simple non-financial endorsements.
• Help with document scanning and disposal exercises.
• Undertake additional duties as required by management.

About you

Ideal candidates should:

• Be pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial, Commerce, or related fields.
• Be willing to work in the Ipoh Branch.
• Commit to a minimum 3-month internship, preferably starting in January or February 2025.
• Be fast learners, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
