Non-motor Claims Department Intern (Nov 2024)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Assist in processing non-motor claims, including liability, property, and personal accident.
• Support claim-related projects, process reviews, and user acceptance testing.
• Aid in claim reviews, documentation, and negotiations with claimants and policyholders.
• Identify and flag potentially fraudulent claims.
• Provide customer service by addressing concerns and guiding claimants through the process.
• Handle claims-related queries and discussions with various stakeholders.

About you

The ideal candidate:

• Is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, IT, or a related field.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Possesses good communication skills.
• Is available to start a six-month internship in early December.
