Your role

About the internship

The internship involves assisting in Policy Management tasks and administrative duties. Responsibilities include managing financial and non-financial change requests as required by management.

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

• To perform assessment for non-financial and financial changes/endorsement of
• policyholder’s request/Reinstatement
• To perform a refund for Policy Servicing
• To scrutiny documents received by create service in the system
• To perform of quality work - meet company target and service standard

Training & development

The Internship program begins with training sessions to improve technical and professional skills. Interns learn various aspects of the business, and challenges faced, and prioritize client needs. They work closely with mentors and colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

About you

The requirements for this internship:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Preferred intern can start in April for at least 3 - 4 months of internship
