Your role

In this position you will play an integral part in supporting the administrative team members; and generally, ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner; answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Register all general and project incoming and outgoing documents; manage despatch movements such as travel schedules for document delivery including managing courier for domestic and international.
• Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers
• Managing staff name list for an office phone.
• To assist with any ad-hoc matters that may arise. To ensure that the team is helping each other whether being Admin, Project Admin, HSE.

Training & development

• Organized and resourceful

• Ability to handle office equipment (e.g., the telephone system, printer, and the fax machine)
• Computer literate with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
