Your role

Role positioning and objectives

The role is responsible for supporting the Line Manager in the day-to-day operational tasks and activities of the function. You will also have the opportunity to take part in key projects.

What you will be accountable for

• Provide operational support to the team
• Supporting the functional operations
• Supporting the logistics and execution of key projects
• Supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team

Training & development

As an intern at BAT, you’ll gain valuable experience, spending 3-6 months learning how a world-class FMCG manufacturer operates especially in the HR, Operations, Marketing, Legal & External Affairs areas. Compensation & benefits

BAT Malaysia offers a competitive salary. Interns will receive MYR 2,250 per month. Moreover, the company also provides the following benefits:

About you

To apply for this position, you have to meet basic qualifications below:

• A degree holder in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
• Effective project management, communication, and influencing skills
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Previous project management or internship experience is an added advantage
• Ambitious and agile individuals with demonstrated leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities

You will be strongly considered if you have the following skills:

• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
