Your role

This role requires support to handle the tasks in Corporate Finance, an opportunity to obtain and strengthen the knowledge of internal and external analytics approaches within the business environment.

As an Intern at BAT, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing data extraction, consolidation, and analysis tasks.
  • Uploading and refreshing data sets as needed.
  • Running reports and conducting validation checks on data accuracy.
  • Assisting with monthly closing processes and journal postings.
  • Supporting various ad hoc requirements within the team.

About you

Essential experience, skills, and knowledge required are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economy, Accounting, or similar.
  • Basic computer programming understanding.
  • Good verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Works well to tight deadlines.
  • Pragmatic/lateral approach to finding solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to work in a team.
