Your role

This role will play a vital role in supporting the execution of IDT/GBS communications strategy, aligning with corporate objectives while actively contributing to the successful deployment of strategic key messages and global campaigns, ensuring flawless integration across multiple sites. Furthermore, they will offer valuable communication assistance to Site Leadership Teams, local Talent and culture, and various stakeholders, encouraging a collaborative and synergistic corporate communication environment. Here are the responsibilities of this role:

• Collaborates with the Communications Manager to execute the internal communication plan for the IDT/GBS hub and actively contributes to content creation, encompassing various mediums like editorial content, social media posts, blogs, brochures, internal announcements, leaflets, infographics, as well as the development of engaging animations and videos.
• Coordinates messages across multiple channels, ensuring that internal communications in the IDT/GBS hub is done in a scheduled, targeted, and well-organized manner
• Supports the coordination of internal events such as: town halls and local celebrations, focusing on coordinating agenda, content, flow, speakers, special moments, event memorabilia, with support from Facilities team for event logistics
• Assists the Communication Manager in devising communication plans for the department and addresses communication requirements from the local Talent & Culture team in connection with projects and initiatives falling under the Your Voice program.

Training & development

Compensation & benefits

About you

To apply for this position, you have to meet qualifications below:

• Experience developing different versions of the content for a range of social/digital channels, for example, infographics, data visualization, animation, and video. Graphic design and video editing skills represent an advantage with a background in Mass Communication or any related subject
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English and excellent communication skills
• Able to coordinate activities in a complex environment and possess experience with end-to-end event management (in person & online events)
• Able to deliver clear and simplified messages
• High energy, self-motivated, and creative individual with strong leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills!
