Your role

As a Digital HR Intern, you will be part of the HR Business Partnering team to provide secretarial and administrative support for the HR Function. You will also have the opportunity to take charge of key projects, delivering holistic solutions in elevating the experience of employees throughout their life-cycle processes as well as supporting the implementation of the strategic people agenda. Here are the detailed responsibilities of this role:

• Support respective HRBP with the day-to-day activities of the HR Function.
• Support to oversee the end-to-end recognition experience and ensure that all activities are aligned with the standard operating procedures.
• Generates and complies standard reports for respective HRBP for respective people agenda pillars.
• Supporting the logistics and execution of internal company events.
• Curating effective internal email communications to deliver company initiatives.
• Creating clear and engaging social media content to drive employer branding.
• Supporting the HRBP around policy review to ensure up to date benefits and information.
• Executing general HR customer service for internal clients.
• Supporting the HRBP in the execution of Company’s employee cyclical plan.
• Ideating and executing simplification of processes within the HR function.
• Supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team.

Compensation & benefits

A Product Costing & Reporting Intern at BAT Malaysia will receive MYR 1,500 per month. In addition, according to some reviews, interns will also get the following benefits:
