Your role
Responsibilities
- Support HR Business Partner with daily HR activities.
- Oversee recognition processes and ensure alignment with procedures.
- Generate standard reports for HR agenda pillars.
- Assist in logistics and execution of internal events.
- Curate internal email communications for company initiatives.
- Create social media content for employer branding.
- Review policies to ensure updated benefits and information.
- Provide general HR customer service.
- Execute the company’s employee cyclical plan.
- Manage process simplification within HR and support ad-hoc tasks.
About you
Qualifications
- A degree in any field, with a preference for business analytics, HR, or international management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- A drive to learn and a positive approach.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Resourcefulness, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
