The structured cross-functional development program aims to make you a high-performing business leader. You'll engage with a wide range of stakeholders and receive coaching and mentoring from senior leaders and graduates worldwide. You'll be assigned a real job at the executive level to apply your knowledge and contribute to the business. The program includes focused learning opportunities in functional, business, and leadership areas. Additionally, you'll gain international exposure, working on global projects to streamline supply chains and transform processes.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Graduated with bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering / supply chain.
• Final year student or a professional with maximum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities
• Exceptional communication, energetic, resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, agile, and independent
• Outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Excellent academic track record
• Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable, and able to work independently
