Your role

As an HR Operations Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the human resources team in the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities of the human resources function. You will also have the opportunity to take part in key projects and build real work experience. 

As an HR Operations Intern at BAT, you will be accountable for:

  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of HR processes and functions to ensure efficiency, compliance, and seamless delivery of HR services
  • Provide administrative support to the team with the day-to-day activities
  • Supporting the logistics and execution of internal events and projects
  • Assist in conceptualizing and carrying out simplification of processes within the team
  • Supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team

About you

Essential experience, skills, and knowledge required are:

  • Highly enthusiastic individual in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related disciplines.
  • 7 months endless learning journey in BAT.
  • Hands-on in enabling systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and Power BI would be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ambitious, agile, and driven individual who is looking for a global platform to learn.
  • Able to demonstrate adaptability and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently handle work results.
