Your role

As an HR Recruitment Intern at British American Tobacco (BAT) Malaysia, you will do the following tasks:

• Provide administrative support to the team (coordinating with candidates, supporting interview scheduling, video interview screening, social media engagement, etc).
• Supporting the logistics and execution of internal events and projects.
• Assist in conceptualizing and carrying out a simplification of processes within the recruitment team.
• Supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team.
