Role positioning and objectives
The role is responsible for supporting the Line Manager in the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities of the function. You will also have the opportunity to take part in key projects.
What you will be accountable for
- Provide administrative support to the team (coordinating with candidates, interview scheduling, social media engagement, etc.)
- Supporting the logistics and execution of internal events and projects
- Assist in conceptualizing and carrying out simplification of processes within the recruitment team
- Providing support for a variety of ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities within the team, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of team initiatives.

Essential experience, skills, and knowledge
- A degree holder in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Effective project management, communication, and influencing skills
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
- Previous project management or internship experience is an added advantage
- Ambitious and agile individuals with demonstrated leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities
