Your role

The incumbent is expected to perform team processes that are related to Transaction Processing: invoice processing within SLA, escalating problematic invoices and resolving issues on time. Next, the incumbent will need to address end-market inquiries by meeting service levels. Working on ad-hoc tasks as and when required, backing up Scanning / Senior Analyst if required.

As a financial intern at BAT Digital Business Solutions, you will be accountable for:

• Invoice Processing
• Process Excellence: Assist with new process implementations, and assist in the maintenance of Accounts Payable general policies & procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure SOx/internal controls programs are adhered to, and comply with accounting principles, GBS standards, and SLAs
• Customer Relationship Management: assist in addressing customer issues and requests, establish and maintain working relationships with End Market where applicable
• Team Environment: improve and enhance team interaction and optimize team efficiency.

About you

Essential experience, skills, and knowledge required are:

• Final year students or graduates from Accounting/Finance Degree/Business/Management/International Business/Mathematics or equivalent
• Experience in using SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
