Your role

If you are interested to join Supply Chain Global Graduate Program, you will do the following activity. Join the 12-month fast-track program to management with unprecedented international exposure.

Training, development & rotations

Through BAT’s Global Graduate Program, they strive to provide a holistic and fulfilling learning experience for their graduates that is structured around their Agile Learning Model. You will learn about the dynamics of the market, BAT Operations Supply Chain, Production, Quality Assurance, Product, and Engineering, and work together to achieve outstanding business results.

About you

If you are interested to join Supply Chain Global Graduate Program, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transportation, or any equivalent education background with a CGPA minimum of 3.30 out of 4.00.
  • Professionals with a maximum of 2 years of relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent academic track record.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal, team building, and negotiation skills.
  • Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent academic track record.
  • Globally Mobile.
