About the team:
The digital design team at BP is dedicated to humanizing digital innovation within the company. They utilize design principles to facilitate enhanced engagement between individuals and BP, as well as with digital technologies, fostering improved experiences, safer operations, and a more sustainable future. Members of the team gain access to resources from one of the world's largest technology departments and exposure to a wide array of design projects spanning BP's global operations by becoming part of the team.
You’ll have the chance to work on a variety of different projects within the digital design teams–giving you end-to-end experience within a modern and pioneering design studio where you can really develop your user experience (UX) and/or user interface (UI) design skills.
Day-to-day activities will depend on which of the five design roles you rotate across:
