Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Promote and sell a wide range of Bancassurance life insurance products to existing and potential bank customers.
- Provide professional advice on financial products based on customer needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver excellent after-sales service.
- Plan and implement sales activities related to Bancassurance products.
- Act promptly on leads and follow up on activities.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Bancassurance products in the market.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch targets.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum qualification of SPM with 5 passes including Bahasa Malaysia, or a Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a branch environment.
- A result-oriented attitude, passion for marketing, and adaptability to new things.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service skills for both external and internal customers.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all customer levels.
- Full insurance licenses (PCE / CEILI / TBE) are an advantage.
- Fresh graduates in any discipline are encouraged to apply as intensive training will be provided.
