Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Provide administrative support for Automation projects within L&D.
- Deliver high-quality work to meet internal client needs.
- Prioritize tasks to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Build collaborative relationships to drive inclusion.
- Develop dashboards using Power BI for job quality improvement.
- Create and troubleshoot course-related flows with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Assist in implementing automation initiatives to streamline processes.
- Participate in People projects by the People, Performance, and Culture team.
- Handle daily tasks as a Learning & Development Intern.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Availability for 6 months or more.
- Final year Degree of relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics), with preferably a CGPA of 3.2 or Second Upper
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English and strong communication skills.
- Independence and passion for developing people.
- Strong coordination skills with attention to detail.
