Digital Team Learning & Development Internship (Rolling Intake)

Join KPMG Malaysia's Learning & Development Digital Team as an intern to support the creation of innovative digital learning content.

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Provide administrative support for digital learning content initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Digital L&D Specialist to design interactive eLearning content.
• Deliver high-quality work to meet internal client needs.
• Prioritize tasks to meet objectives and timelines.
• Build collaborative relationships to drive inclusion.
• Offer innovative solutions for digital learning content design.
• Learn and use Articulate Storyline 3.0 for content development.
• Participate in People projects by the People, Performance, and Culture team.
• Handle daily tasks as a Learning & Development Intern.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• Availability for 6 months or more.
• Completed the first two years of a degree in Multimedia Design, with a CGPA of 3.2 or Second Upper.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Independence and a passion for developing people.
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong coordination skills with attention to detail.
