Impact People, Performance & Culture Internship (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Assist with internal engagement initiatives for Impact@KPMG under the People, Planet, Prosperity & Governance pillars.
• Support tasks under the Career Development & Culture team, including the KPMG Education Trust Fund and Talent Mobility.
• Design and produce visuals using graphic design tools.
• Coordinate photo/video shoots for branding purposes.
• Manage social media postings on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Assist with write-ups and media-related preparations.
• Actively participate in People projects initiated by PPC teams.
• Perform general administrative duties related to event and program coordination.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• Availability for 6 months or more.
• Completed the first two years of a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields, with a CGPA of 3.2 or Second Upper.
• Excellent academic credentials, leadership qualities, and a strong extracurricular track record.
• Basic design skills in Canva, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Initiative, good interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
