Your Role

The role of the Consumer & Market Insight (CMI) function is to show the business where and how to win. This is accomplished through the CMI mission to provide inspiration and provocation to drive transformational growth. This role requires the driving of strategic and transformational action with all key category and country stakeholders whilst becoming familiar with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate interview session
  • Assist from short-listing candidates to preparation and notification of job offer, and follow up through to candidates coming onboard
  • for all businesses
  • Preparation of offer letters
  • Filing employees' documents, identifying and separating them according to the respective functions
  • Participate and support for campus recruitment activities or internship recruitment activities, and other activities as required
  • Coordinate orientation programmes organised for interns
  • Assist in internship exit and clearance
  • Assist in business report and preparation of presentation slides

About You

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduates who have completed Degree course in a Social Sciences field, with preferably a CGPA of 3.2 or Second Upper.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Active in extra-curricular activities, with strong leadership qualities
