Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Assisting in downloading and gathering reports from the system
• Preparing HR-related reports (expenses claim, and costing)
• Performing administrative tasks such as coordination
• Participating in KPMG’s KDN learning & development programs
• Organizing company events and attending career days
• Assisting HRBP in HR and Admin related matters as needed
• Performing ad-hoc tasks as required

About You

• Ideal candidates are pursuing studies in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables & lookup functionality)
• Effective communication in English
• Flexible work schedule adaptability
• Strong analytical skills

• Good communication and influencing skills
