Your role

Develop and execute Marketing and Corporate Communications (MARCOM) initiatives in support of KPMG's objectives and brand.

Responsibilities:

Working under the guidance of the MARCOM Manager, the duties include:

• Support the MARCOM team in executing integrated marketing campaigns and projects with ATL, BTL, and TTL elements.
• Assist in organizing and executing firm events such as webinars and special events; Tasks include drafting invitations & event programs, registration management, and liaising with vendors and agencies.
• Assist the team to identify potential opportunities to promote brand visibility. This includes conducting market surveys/research, data sourcing, and producing proposal reports.
• Assist in Public Relations initiatives, including developing press materials, arranging media events, monitoring news coverage, and producing reports.
• Corporate communications: contribute to the firm’s newsletters, copywriting, proofreading, and social media marketing.
• Contribute to projects for the firm initiated by the Growth department.

About you

The requirements and qualifications for the role are as follows :

• Undergraduates who have completed their first two (2) years of Degree in relevant disciplines (Mass Communication/ Marketing/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent). Those with a CGPA of Second Upper and above would have an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Added proficiency in Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft M365 suite.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-conscious, capable to multi-task and work with tight deadlines.
• Active in extra-curricular activities, with strong leadership qualities.
• Available for placement for a minimum of 3 months.
