Your role

KPMG’s ITS Audit Support Officer provides internal support to KPMG users, to support, deploy, implement, and troubleshoot any issues requested by our users. Complete and follow through on all given tasks and projects assigned by their team leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Support the project manager or work-stream leader to achieve project KPIs.
• Provide Audit Team support for Internal IT/Audit Application System related matters.
• Provide Audit Operation Process support on Audit Application Closeout, Engagement Deletion, File Destruction, and other related matters.
• Provide Audit Review Process support on prepare Audit Review Environment according to the respective rules and regulations.
• Escalate and report incidents to the respective KPMG Global team and follow through on all the related matters.
• Prepare and deployment of KPMG Standard image, applications, and software to all computers.

About you

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Fresh grads with a strong interest in Information Technology.
• Knowledge of LAN infrastructure works, and IT applications implementations would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, Low code/No code programming, and PowerBI would be an added advantage.
• Analytical and detail are conscious.
• Independent, self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented individuals capable of handling multiple tasks and achieving tight deadlines.
• Good command of English.
