Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Execute daily loan processing tasks, including disbursement, repayment, rollover, and maintenance.
- Accurately enter and maintain data in the system, adhering to program techniques and procedures.
- Review and correct loan updates in the system before approving transactions.
- Respond promptly to loan servicing inquiries from the Business Unit and pre-processing.
- Support ad-hoc assignments and provide departmental assistance as needed.
- Meet tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of BAU transactions and adherence to service level agreements.
- Contribute to workflow improvements by gathering feedback and suggestions.
- Conduct on-the-job training for team members.
- Foster a positive and holistic work environment.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of a degree; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training is provided.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Computer literacy, particularly with MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- The ability to multi-task and maintain a strong sense of urgency.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction at all levels.
- The ability to handle pressure and stress, with initiative and independence, as well as teamwork skills.
- Availability to work on Malaysian public holidays.
