Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Provide "one-stop" banking solutions to customers.
- Offer financial advisory services and cross-sell a wide range of financial products.
- Proactively manage and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct after-sales services and sales visits to potential customers in the area.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulatory risks, and compliance matters.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university or college.
- An interest in financial planning, investment, and sales.
- Preferably a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on high-quality customer service.
- A valid driving license and own transport.
- Relevant licenses and certifications (PCE, CEILI, CUTE, etc.) are an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
