Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Provide "one-stop" banking solutions to customers.
  • Offer financial advisory services and cross-sell a range of financial products.
  • Proactively manage and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct after-sales services and sales visits to potential customers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulatory requirements.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited institution.
  • An interest in financial planning, investment, and sales.
  • Preferably a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for high-quality customer service.
  • A valid driving license and own transport.
  • Relevant certifications (PCE, CEILI, CUTE, etc.) as an added advantage.
