Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Cross-sell and up-sell a variety of financial products to existing and new OCBC customers via telemarketing.
- Meet individual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Ensure data accuracy with minimal errors in daily sales submissions before forwarding to the Sales Support Unit.
- Foster strong customer relationships and provide high-quality service to address inquiries and feedback.
- Stay informed about competitors' activities and products.
- Address and resolve customer issues to prevent dissatisfaction or disputes.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by management.
About you
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess at least an SPM, recognized Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
- Have experience in a telesales environment, which is advantageous.
- Demonstrate good communication skills in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to achieve top sales results.
- Be able to work under pressure in a high-intensity sales environment.
