Your role

Here are the key responsibilities that you will perform as a Trade Finance Middle Office and Support Analyst:

• Independently manage, track, and support various middle office functions with a focus on easing the onboarding of new customers and mitigating the operational risk of existing products.
• Conduct data analytics to derive insights that contribute to strategic decision-making; track business momentum and existing product profitability; manage customer relationships and capture new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Trade Sales and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of seamless trade finance processes and services for trade customers.
• Facilitate annual operating budget forecasting and planning for trade business.
• Assist in marketing activities and other initiatives that promote and grow the trade finance business among internal and external customers.
