Your Role

  • As an Intern/Trainee, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
  • You’ll be a part of an environment that broadens your functional training, and personal and technical skills and deepens your knowledge of client services.
  • You’ll play an integral role in supporting staff as needed for an outstanding variety of work and making contributions to the team daily.

Job Rotations 

PwC provides opportunities for job rotations through specific programs, which allows their people to gain experience and expand their horizons while also encouraging cross-team collaborations.  Examples of these programs are as follows:

  • Inter-Deals Agility Programme (IDAP): A two-year agility program, which includes rotation between Malaysia and Vietnam, to equip Deals employees with experience in the full  ‘Mergers & Acquisition’ cycle.

  • Tax Management Trainee (TMT): Designed to develop future leaders in Tax by giving them exposure of job rotations across Tax specialist and industry groups, and a rotation in Assurance

  • AgilityX: A rotation program for Associates and Senior Associates in Consulting to gain broader exposure across various Competency Groups (CG) through on-the-job training.

  • Industry Xplorer: It gives first-year Assurance Associates the opportunity to experience a variety of clients and industries before they specialize in a specific industry.

About You

  • Minimum Academic Requirement: Pursuing a degree in any discipline and a professional accounting qualification such as the ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Possess good leadership skills and demonstrate resilience
  • Demonstrate the ability to build meaningful relationships
  • Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen
