Your role

In Business Transformation, the key goal is to revolutionize its audits by moving away from traditional audits to deliver a differentiated experience for the people and the clients. Be part of a team that desires to continuously challenge how it currently works and deliver its services from the people, approach, and technology aspects.

Aim to digitally transform the way audit procedures are performed through the use of technology, automation, standardization, and centralization of audit processes.

As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team to transform and reimagine the future of its audit. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Invite and give in-the-moment feedback constructively.
• Share and collaborate effectively with others.
• Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.
• Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.
• Follow risk management and compliance procedures.

Work-life balance

flex+ is PWC’s flexible work arrangement policy which incorporates various forms of work flexibility and benefits in consideration of people’s lives outside work. This journey began in 2013, and since then it has progressively enhanced flex+ with initiatives such as flexWear where they can dress for the day, firm-wide block leave called Rest & Refresh, and flex Friday, which allows employees to leave work at 12:30 pm every second Friday of the month.

About you

PWC is looking for candidates with the following requirements for this job:

• Preferably a degree in Information Technology (IT), Business Information Systems (BIS), or any other related field of study.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Possess good leadership skills and demonstrate resilience
• Able to demonstrate the ability to interact with people of different backgrounds and build meaningful relationships
• Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen.
