The role
The CWO Analyst is responsible to provide dedicated E2E recruitment, commercial, professional consultancy, and administrative activities relating to contingent workforce management. The CWO Analyst handles day-to-day recruitment operations, manages queries, IQN workflows & commercial rate negotiations.
A sustainable solution to contractor management – end-to-end contractor management supported by a global Contingent Workforce Operations (CWO) to:
- Liberate business frontline and shorten cycle time with CWO handling end-to-end contractor management activities (source, select, hire, extension, onboard/off-board contingent workforce)
- Improve commercial acumen through rates assessment against Shell’s standard rate cards, external benchmarks & channeling escalations
- Drive compliance internally and with hiring managers & suppliers in the areas of local labor laws, tax laws, and contractual terms
- Create data transparency and the ability to quickly identify savings opportunities through Management Information reports
- Drive consistency in selecting and managing contractors through job brief calls, job matching, benchmarking, and profile screening procedures
- Drive data integrity and transparency for business decision making
Requirements
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in increasingly virtual learning and work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a good command of English
- Basic analytical skills for collaboration, problem-solving, and decision making
- Deliver excellence (customer service focus) and continuous improvement (ability to assess and diagnose problems and to propose solutions that are simple and effective)
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

- Awareness of the market and contingent worker contracts and strategies
- Awareness of C&P, SAP/SERP/ERP and RtP processes

- Ability to be resourceful in seeking information from various sources to resolve requests
- Ability to speak up and request assistance from Specialists/Process Coaches when there is a challenge
- Ability to work in virtual environments covering training, operations, project implementation activities, and stakeholder management calls
- Demonstrate resilience during periods of overlapping priorities, changes & peak operations activities
Work Schedule
- Shift – 2-shift pattern (9 am – 6 pm & 1 pm – 10 pm) on a monthly rotation with work on some Malaysian PH.
