Your role

• Ensure all shipment schedule must be executed and reshipment as per situation.
• Receive urgent order requests and create urgent orders within framework of delivery promise
• Provide feedback of changes to planned shipments to schedulers and scheduling admin team, particularly to VMI customers
• Initiate surcharges for Left on Board and urgent orders to the customers
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Provide feedback of changes to planned shipments to scheduling team, particularly to VMI customers
• Ensure documentation and filing is accurate, up to date and accessible
• Continuously rotating shift system to provide 24-hour support
• Feedback effectively to scheduling team and scheduling admin
• Ensure that any late changes to the original schedule are feed back into CPP and appropriate action taken.
• Balance stress, conflicting priorities and time pressures against the need to product an effective and viable CPP order set to the scheduler.
