Your role

• Management of cases according to established ways of working, including using Salesforce to log queries and updates, create cases, keep employees updated on the status of open cases and ensure satisfactory closure of cases
• Ownership of end-to-end processes
• Seamless hand-off of cases to other teams as required
• Timely escalation of complex queries to P&S, Team Lead and/or Country Policy team
• Liaising with HR Partners, employees and line managers as required to resolve cases
• Input for Knowledge Management within the team (including creation and ownership of documentation/job aids)
• Sharing best practices within the team, striving for continuous improvement in service delivery and participating in improvement initiatives
• Adhering to the Global Approvals Matrix (GAM), Financial Control Manual (implementing all established financial controls in daily work) and Data Privacy rules, including reporting any FCM or Data Privacy breaches
