Your role
Responsibilities
- Actively seek and engage potential new customers, promoting CASA accounts and upselling credit cards
- Conduct and participate in on-site roadshows, sales campaigns, and promotional events with the Employee Banking Relationship Manager
- Work towards achieving assigned targets
- Foster strong relationships with new customers, providing ongoing support and guidance
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct thorough KYC checks during the onboarding process to mitigate risks
About you
Qualifications
- A minimum diploma in any field.
- Good communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
