Manage global operations for lending services, ensuring high-quality service and risk management at Standard Chartered.

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Manage operations and functions across multiple countries for Global Lending Services.
  • Ensure seamless client experience through efficient processing and timely resolution of exceptions.
  • Lead a team, ensuring effective supervision and governance.
  • Maintain cost budget planning and identify migration opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with group policies and regulatory standards.
  • Proactively manage risk and control standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to support operations.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Finance.
  • Fresh graduate experience in Banking Operations or Finance.
  • Knowledge of lending products and processes.
  • Skills in risk management, governance, and oversight.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Mandarin is an advantage.
