- Participate in an 18-month graduate program with rotations in distribution, digital, product, and segment areas
- Engage in cross-bank collaboration to deliver projects and programs
- Develop technical, business, and interpersonal skills through real-world simulations and case studies

- A degree in any discipline with strong academic achievements
- Excellent multitasking, analytical, and relationship-building skills
- The ability to start in July 2025 with a permanent legal right to work in Malaysia
