Your role

As a GDC Operation Intern, you will do the following day-to-day activities:

• Involved in Projects on driver acquisition and retention related including online or telecommunication such as calling new driver partners or delivery partners.
• Help to guide our new driver-partner and delivery partner in the new registration process.
• Manage information counter workflow, and assist with every walk-in ticket when needed.
• Data Analysis on Region Performance and Market Study including building a dashboard when needed.  
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as the hiring manager requires to improve overall business performance, process improvement, and efficiency.

An intern will get a lunch break at 12.00 and after that, they will continue on-the job or attend a meeting with the department if it’s necessary. Based on another career website we have researched, the majority of employees at Grab Malaysia said that work-life balance is fairly good with flexible working hours.
