Grab's Internships are designed to provide real-world experience that enables you to put everything you've learned into action and allow you to join them in driving South East Asia forward together. Interns have the opportunity to perform their internship in mobile engineering. 

The day-to-day activities

Interns would have to do some or all of the below activities:

• Get onboarded to Grab mobile app development for GrabFood eater.
• Provide support across various tasks, focusing on producing reusable, scalable, and testable coding.
• Developing and maintaining the CI/CD deployment pipeline (GitLab CI)

About you

This opportunity is only for students who must be able to commit for at least 3 months or up to 6 months for an internship. To apply for this role, you must have the qualifications below:

• 3- 6 months commitment required 
• You should be a full-time student majoring in Software Engineering, Computer  Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology/Science, or related fields seeking a matriculated internship
• You should be enrolled in a university
• Working knowledge in programming tools and languages such as Golang, Python
• You should have the ability to structure data and write algorithms

It's also nice if you have the following:

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and can-do spirit are critical
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a willingness to learn, but also to challenge the status quo
• Team player who is motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
• Having previous experience in Engineering or other related fields may be an advantage.
