The Store Operations team is responsible for partner integration and creating solutions that streamline the daily operations of their merchant partners. Their work involves automating essential tasks to reduce manual effort and errors.

Interns have the opportunity to perform their internship in Mobile Frontend Engineering.

The day-to-day activities

Interns would have to do some or all of the below activities:

• Drive and participate in technical discussions with other engineering teams.
• Write code that is reusable, scalable, and testable. Make sure products are delivered on time and with high quality.
• Collaborate with QAs to make sure their app releases are always worthy of five-star ratings.
• Review code from other team members, provide constructive feedback, and strive to raise the engineering bar.
• Take the initiative to improve the codebase proactively. Propose and set better engineering solutions for the team.
• You will visit the merchant’s location to assess their issue and resolve it on-site, but only if remote troubleshooting proves ineffective.

About you

This opportunity is only for students who must be able to commit for at least 3 months or up to 6 months for an internship. To apply for this role, you must have the qualifications below:

• 3-6 months commitment required 
• You should be a full-time student majoring in Software Engineering, Computer  Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology/Science, or related fields seeking a matriculated internship
• You should be enrolled in a university
• Experienced in programming, especially Flutter.
• You should have the ability to structure data and write algorithms

It's also nice to have the following:

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and can-do spirit are critical
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a willingness to learn, but also to challenge the status quo
• Team player who is motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
• Having previous experience in Engineering or other related fields may be an advantage.
