Your role

As a Platform Quality & Engagement Executive, you will responsible for building a high-quality platform by engaging and rewarding the community of Grab driver-partners and delivery partners.

The day-to-day activities:

• Propose well-thought-out solutions based on the available tools and data to address problems that may arise.
• Execute strategy to increase driver/ delivery-partner productivity, advocacy, and loyalty to Grab, including:
  • Operationalizing and growing GrabBenefits, Grab’s flagship driver/ delivery-partner retention program.
  • Managing and scaling merchandise distribution.
  • Planning and coordinating driver engagement activities, e.g. appreciation events for our driver/delivery partners.
• Manage stakeholders, both internal & external, including handling incoming and outgoing inquiries, and performing relevant changes.
• Execute assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Recommend and implement improvements to existing processes wherever necessary.
